Could ‘This Time Next Year’ Be The Co-Working Space We Dream Of?

[vc_row parallax=”content-moving”][vc_column][vc_custom_heading text=”THE HOME OF MODERN INSTAGRAMMABLE CO-WORKING IN LEYTON” font_container=”tag:p|text_align:left” google_fonts=”font_family:Montserrat%3Aregular%2C700|font_style:400%20regular%3A400%3Anormal”][vc_column_text]Less than a 5 minute walk from Leyton station is co-working space, ‘This Time Next Year’. My friend and ex colleague Ciara Lyons is the founder who has nailed it in terms of combining the creativity of Hackney with an open, no-strings attached, co-work space. It’s exactly what so many creative individuals, small businesses, free-lancers and start ups are looking for. It’s so affordable with a few options too. Even the name ‘This Time Next Year’ inspires me to want to knuckle down and work.

This Time Next Year

I love that there’s a real emphasis on the raw, exposed high ceilings. There’s a real minimalist industrial feel about the place but made super elegant with lots of beautiful furniture and a variety of areas. The interior has really been well-thought out with the huge windows letting in lots of lovely bright light. There’s absolutely no clutter and you can choose to relax on big sofas, office chairs or even chill at the coffee shop. There’s something about the place that makes you feel so motivated. It’s the perfect creative workspace and guaranteed it’ll inspire you to think big in terms of work.

Options

There are plenty of visual feasts for the eyes including unique artwork – even of the space’s resident dog, miniature schnauzer Finn (aka ‘Head of Stress Management;). I was so surprised to learn that prices start from just £10 per day. You can go on a daily basis and pay like this (flexy) or you can opt for ‘settled’ (£250 a month) or ‘studio’, perfect for small businesses (POA).

Fuel & Events

Once you’ve bashed out some work, you can fuel up. There’s fresh bread and pastries supplied by Bread Ahead Bakery, teas supplied by Storm Tea and delicious coffee by Ozone. Open Mon–Fri 7.30am–4pm Sat 8am–2pm. There’s pasta, porridge, salads, you name it.
There are also regular events where you can get informed, get inspired and even get bendy with some yoga! There’s a real community spirit and there’s even a board to leave your business cards to connect with others. Staff are so friendly and there’s a really attractive neighbourhood with lots to do.
