The Collective Opens The Future Of Co-Living In Canary Wharf

Now imagine that dream home being located in London. But actually being affordable. Well, global co-living pioneer The Collective have unveiled its most ambitious project to date. It’s a 705-room development in London’s Canary Wharf.

World’s Largest Co-Living Space

Essentially they’ve created a brand new standard for the co-living sector.Inside this stunning building you can grab flexible leases from a single night right up to 12 months. It even includes dream furnishings and beautiful decor. The Collective Canary Wharf which spans 21 storeys has rooms starting from £1,300 per month. It’s now the world’s largest co-living space, taking over from The Collective Old Oak in west London which opened in 2016.

Tech-Enabled

Designed by renowned global architecture firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, the development is fully tech-enabled. There’s also a daily range of cultural and experiential events created for and curated by members. They’ll be accessible via The Collective’s bespoke mobile app, enabling members to truly shape their experience. There’s a virtual reality golf simulator, a multi-floor music venue quality immersive sound system even a 9.2 surround sound cinema and dynamic mood lighting. All in all members can experience cutting-edge technology throughout the building. In-built data sensors will also provide real-time information to assist with optimising the use of spaces and minimising energy consumption.
There’s also an amazing food and beverage offering too. You can find a mix of small and large plates (including desserts, yummy) available to share. Members can also choose from food carts and the market table. It offers an ever-changing menu, allowing diners to experience new options on a daily basis. For those looking for something in a hurry, The Collective will also offer ‘grab & go’ options as well.
 

 

Community

Members will also have the opportunity to meet, mingle and chat through The Collective’s wide-ranging cultural events programme. The programme features activities that are dedicated to wellness. There’s yoga, sound baths, nutrition classes and reiki. Even live music showcasing the best of emerging London talent; mental health workshops and sensory cocktail making classes. On top of that there’s even a dedicated cinema programme too featuring cult classics, arthouse movies and beyond.
Other communal spaces include east London’s highest swimming pool located on level 20. As you can see from the photo, it’s incredible! There’s an adjoining bar offering soaring views of the London skyline and a spa. The spa includes a sauna, gym, aerial silks studio and a mindfulness zone. In other words, wow!
