In the Spring, we were fortunate to go on a family holiday to Soar Mill Cove in Devon. It’s a spa hotel with breathtaking coastal views. Within the hotel is the ‘Discovery Spa’. There’s a spring-fed and heated saltwater pool, a sauna and a treatment room where therapist Amy offers guests some of the best Temple Spa treatments. From facials to waxing to massage there’s something for everyone to indulge in.

Temple Spa

You’ll know from my IG stories that I’m such a fan of Temple Spa products. Their ‘In The Beginning’ Deep Cleansing Melt (£40) has been featured on there a few times. I just love how easy it is to use and how bright it leaves my skin. The Quietude room spray is another must have for helping you feel relaxed and to drift off to sleep. Which leads us in to Drift Away massage oil. You can also use it in the bath; I think I must be on my fourth bottle by now! So when I saw the Drift Away Massage on the menu I couldn’t wait to give it a try.

Massage Experience

I have regular massages to help with my neck and shoulder pain. They’re normally deep tissue, twisting and pulling Thai types so I was looking forward to a more relaxing one that would help me switch off. The massage promised to restore my spirits and rid me of stress tension.
I chose the 60 min (£65) treatment, one whole hour of massage that left me feeling thoroughly pampered and relaxed. The blend ofMediterranean essential oils including Frankincense, Lavender and Patchouli helped me to drift off, unwind and even fall asleep! It was deeply relaxing, top-to-to. It surely was the perfect treatment to soothe, calm and alleviate any aches and knots. My nerves were definitely rested and my mind ready for bedtime.

Drift Away Massage & Bath Oil

Whether applied straight onto the skin for an aromatherapy massage, or with a capful drizzled into the bathtub, these deliciously fragrant oils will help you chill out and relax, especially when you find it hard to switch off. I love nothing more than this oil, a candle and a good book in the bath!

Why?
    • Natural products to enhance relaxation
    • For those seeking a moment of peace and relaxation
    • Anyone trying to destress and unwind
    • Anyone who is feeling over-tired
    • Contains a soothing blend of Mediterranean essential oils, including patchouli, lavender, geranium, frankincense, chamomile, sweet almond, myrrh, dill seed and orange, suspended in a lush base of sesame, jojoba and avocado oils, plus anti-ageing vitamin E.
