When I get asked what is my favourite brand of jeans, it’s not that difficult to answer. High street stores are great for a quick fast fashion pair but we all know that a good fitting pair of jeans can literally be an investment that lasts for years and years. That’s why I love Saltspin. They’re great for fit, style and comfort yet still with a luxury feel and durable enough to stand the test of time. As I spend my Monday to Friday smartly dressed for work, I can’t wait for the weekend to come so I can slip on a pair of flats and a cool pair of jeans.
This weekend was no exception. For brunch at North London’s Feast On The Hill I styled these black ‘Quartz Ankle Grazer’ jeans, (price £145) with a simple mono jumper (price £26, Topshop) a chunky necklace (price £55, a very old purchase from Cos), some black boots and a grey satchel from Nine West.
For evening, a quick change of accessories – this beautiful S.I.T.C. personalised snakeskin clutch from Baraboux (price, £320 stocked at Fenwick Bond Street) injected that all important popping colour to the mono look. Baraboux’s Creative Director and Founder, Princess Reema Bandar Al Saud is a 21st Century adventurer who has used her travel influences to create luxury bags like this that are not only light and stylish but are in sophisticated, fun colours.
