Hands up if you love a beauty subscription box? Now hands up if you’re usually disappointed when they arrive (me!). Well I feel your pain. That’s why when I teamed up with Roccabox to bring you a beauty box this May, I took everything into consideration. Value for money? Check. Decent products? Of course. Things I’d use myself? Naturally. Most of all, I wanted to offer as many full size and luxe size products as possible. And I wanted them from the best and upcoming brands on the market.
For May, the beauty box has been curated by myself and I have to say, it’s one of the best beauty boxes I’ve ever seen or received (and trust me I’ve had a lot)! 5 full size or luxe size luxury products that I just know you’re going to love as much as I do.
What is it?
Roccabox is a beauty members club, offering you the chance to trial and test must-have make-up, skincare and haircare products delivered to your door every month.

So What’s In The Box?
Mandara Spa Body Lotion
A super rich formulation including cocoa butter, gold of pleasure oil and protective vitamin E to nourish the skin and leave it smooth to touch. Those who know me know I’m obsessed with soft, moisturised skin and when a body cream smells this great, it’s only a matter of time before it’s run out and you’re buying more. Using active raw materials, it’s a new favourite body lotion. TIP: Add a little shimmer powder to a pea size portion and apply to the collar bone for an evening glow.
Monu Skin Hydrating Mask
Retailing at almost £30, I’m using this a couple of times a week (especially after a fortnight on the coast of Cornwall) to give my skin a much needed drink of hydration. It leaves my skin feeling fresh and supple without any greasy residue. It’s great for the neck too and there’s minimal fuss in taking it off – just remove with warm water. TIP: Use after double cleansing and exfoliating to renew any lost moisture.
And Not Forgetting…
Wilkinson Sword Intuition
Retailing at around £8, I’m really pleased we managed to get this into the box for you too. A good razor is a must in any busy girls wash bag and Wilkinson Sword have really outdone themselves with this four blade razor. It means you don’t have to go over and over the same patch! There’s a gentle creamy soap attached to the end so it’s great for lazy days and travelling too leaving skin moisturised and soothed.
Nail Polish by iZ
To say I’m obsessed with iZ is an understatement. I’m forever painting my nails in this stunning shade and matching my outfit around it. Dress from the nails up! TIP: Use a small eyeliner brush to dip into the polish to create some really cool nail art!
Glo & Ray Liquid Liner
All girls know that liquid eyeliner has to meet a certain set of criteria before it’s worth of application. Long lasting (yes), precision pen applicator (indeed) and a great intense colour that doesn’t smudge (check, check). I love creating subtle definition with this. TIP: Build up and out for a more graphic, bold line and use under the eye too for a night time look.
To buy the box for just £10 (think how much it’s worth when the face mask and razor alone is £38!) head over to Roccabox now and make your purchase. Hurry, there’s limited stock and they’re not going to be around for long!
