If you follow me on Instagram then you’ll have seen me putting together bits of furniture, finding decorations and pulling everything together to create a dream blogger’s office. Now I have to admit, working inside London’s Vogue House gave me SO much inspiration. But back then I could only dream of one day creating my very own fashion office.

So with my years of fashion mag experience coupled with my time spent in London and visiting brands’ offices, here’s my first attempt at designing space. For me this is just the beginning of my blogging dream. Eventually I want more staff, bigger spaces, and multiple platforms of ‘in the city’s’. However, as they say, Rome wasn’t built in a day.

Colour Scheme

I wanted the office to be kept bright and modern with hints of pink here and there. I tried to put in lots of green plants to keep me in a creative mindset too. All of the artwork frames (mine are all from Desenio) had to be black because I love the stand out contrast against the blank walls. They have some really cool prints too, I spent ages choosing the Desenio pictures!

The light wooden floor lends itself nicely to these beautiful white faux leather pair of chairs from Cult Furniture. I love the legs on these! They’re by far the most comfortable chairs to use next to my desk given the arm support and padded seat (even if they are dining chairs). This is the Cohen Dining Chair in white (they come in a few colours) with Bentwood leg frame.
