I recently created a focus group for my blog asking you followers what you love (and dislike) about it and social media. The response was enormous so a big thank you to everyone who participated! There was some really great feedback, lots of opinions and ideas from you guys which was lovely to hear. There was so much that came back so I wanted to pick out a few key things and share the new changes with you guys, giving you a taste of what's to come.
The blog is constantly evolving. I started two years ago and have had many different layouts and logos. Being in the public eye (so to speak) means you get to live out your trials and errors in front of everyone. It’s great to hear you guys love seeing my fresh new looks now and then and right now I’m loving this more laid back, minimalist theme.
I’ve always felt a bit self conscious posing for photographs so it’s great to hear the compliments from you guys about how my Instagram and blog photos have come on in the past few months. I’ve never really put fashion at the forefront of the blog but having had over 100 people say they’d like to see more fashion you expect to see a lot more.
What is RewardStyle?
Some of you may know that I’m registered with RewardStyle meaning you get to shop my Instagram via Liketoknow.IT. Many of you didn’t know what this was and I’ve been asked for a post to explain.
Again over 100 of your wanted to see more Instagram live videos over on my Instagram. I’ve only done one so far and that was a Q&A with the one and only photographer, Reece Chapman. Expect to see some more!
Lots of you said you don’t know much about me and would like to see much more of my personal life as well as more ‘how to’s’ and ‘advice’ posts. Lots asked for photos of my days in London and how I spend my weekends too.
What’s great to hear is that you guys love the variety of the fashion price points that I feature. Lots of you want to see some posts about where to get designer inspired pieces for less so watch this space!
