& Feeling Way More Confident In Your Looks
The Neck & Jawline
When it comes to skincare, you’re probably satisfied with your cleansing, toning and moisturising routine. I’m guessing it’s only when you examine more closely that you start picking at things that you hadn’t really noticed before. Enlarged pores, blackheads, shiny areas… All fine. But how about the parts you probably don’t consider as a ‘specific concern’?
Sure I’m happy with my cleanser and moisturiser but thinking about it, the skin on the neck and jawline is actually a lot different to that on the rest of my body and face. It’s also an area that I tend to forget about.
Skin on the neck and décolleté area is actually a lot thinner than elsewhere. These means it’s prone to being less hydrated and much more exposed to the elements. Do you rub cream into your neck like you do the rest of your face? Probably not. I’ve always tended to neglect the area. Now that I’m getting older though that I’ve started noticing a big difference and in turn, paying much more attention.
Creases & Fine Lines
I noticed that my jawline appeared more sharply defined and fine lines and winkles practically vanish. At £95, it’s a little more expensive than your standard cream but it’s totally worth it. I’ve always had an issue with creases in my neck and it has made me way more conscious when wearing low cut tops as I’ve got older but I do feel a lot more confident when I’ve used this.
It’s super easy to use, just apply morning and evening (begin by warming a pea size amount between your fingertips). Wipe using upwards motions until the product has partially absorbed into skin. Use alternate hands and sweep upwards to the jawline moving slowly from left to the right. Make sure you’re stretching the neck so it’s really getting absorbed. Finally sweep over décolleté and towards your shoulders.
